The Role
Join a Legal 500-ranked Corporate team and gain exposure to high-quality work with a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, listed companies, and entrepreneurs. You will advise on all aspects of corporate and commercial activity, including M&A, scale-ups, high-growth funding, commercial contracts, equity investments, and restructuring. You will have the autonomy to manage your client base and oversee the entire lifecycle of corporate transactions.
Additionally, you will have the chance to support cutting-edge businesses in areas such as brand protection and commercial contracting. With a ready-made book of work spanning fields like life sciences, technology, gaming, and retail, you will tap into exciting opportunities while developing your client base. There is no ceiling to progression in this role, including the potential for Equity Partnership.
As a leader within the firm, you will help cultivate a supportive environment for junior staff, contribute to their training and professional development, and actively engage in business development to seize opportunities with new and existing clients. The Ideal Candidate
* Ambitious with extensive Corporate experience
* Strong commercial awareness and deep knowledge of company law and corporate transactions
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and develop a team
