FotE is a not‑for‑profit charity dedicated to providing excellent care with a family feel. For over 120 years we have been supporting older people through care home and day care services, as well as offering grants to those in financial difficulty.
Location & Working Pattern
Malvern – Perrins House, a picturesque home with beautiful grounds and a specialised focus on dementia care, residential and nursing care.
Pay Rate: £12.52 per day; £13.77 per day on weekends
Working Pattern: Days, Weekends
Employment Type: Part Time – 24 hours per week
Responsibilities
As a Domestic Assistant you will keep our care home clean and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Your tasks will include:
 * General domestic duties such as vacuuming, polishing tables and office surfaces, wiping armchairs and dining chairs, and emptying bins.
 * Assisting in laundry service operations.
 * Helping with serving meals and refreshments.
Self‑motivation, resilience, and teamwork are essential. Pride in work and a resident‑oriented approach are expected. Knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety is beneficial but not essential. No prior experience is required – full training will be provided.
Qualifications
A good standard of English and numeracy skills are required. Comfort using various digital technologies to complete online training is expected.
