About The Role
Assistant Manager at BrewDog
Our mission is to make others as passionate about great craft beer as we are. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to support our General Manager in running our bar, ensuring excellent customer service, leading and training the team, and fostering a positive work environment.
You will be part of an experienced management team, leading a diverse crew with varying levels of beer knowledge and experience. Your role is to unify and develop the team, helping them grow in their careers.
About You
You should have at least a couple of years’ management experience in a busy bar and kitchen environment. Knowledge of craft beer is desirable but not essential—willingness to learn is key. Customer service is your focus, and you enjoy training and developing others. Financial acumen and knowledge of the local craft beer scene are beneficial.
