Job Description
* hybrid role, part-based from South Manchester office
* oversee engineering team and extended sub contractor network on existing client projects
* engage with potential new clients and provide quotes and price estimates
* target commercial clients (restaurants, pubs etc) at facilities and building manager level
* manage domestic client projects for refurbishments, extensions, conversions etc
* report to the Managing Director
* 3 years experience as either a Maintenance Managert, Repairs Manager, Contracts Manager, Building Surveyor, Facilities Manager, Building Services Manager, Property Manager etc
* based Manchester area
* could be working as a Property Manager for a College, Housing Association, Pub / leisure group etc
* South Manchester based provider of building maintenance and repair services
