Key Responsibilities for SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Provide 1:1 and group support following EHCPs and individual learning plans
* Assist pupils with communication, sensory needs, and emotional regulation
* Support personal care tasks when required
* Promote independence, confidence, and life skills
* Help the class teacher maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Encourage pupil engagement, progress, and well-being
Requirements for SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN
* A calm, patient, and understanding approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
* Ability to follow safeguarding procedures at all times
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
