About the Role East Anglia Children's Hospices (EACH) is seeking a well-organised and self-motivated philanthropy manager to join their vibrant and busy fundraising team. The position can be based at The Nook (Norfolk), The Treehouse (Ipswich), or Milton (Cambridge). This full-time role is open to applicants seeking 30+ hours. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and growing the major giving strategy at EACH. This involves managing high-level relationships with donors, including soliciting and stewarding five and six-figure gifts. The role is busy and varied, requiring confidence, maturity, and creativity. The philanthropy manager is a senior team member, managing two major supporters fundraisers and reporting to the Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships. Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and support the major supporters strategy.
Stewardship of existing major supporters and acquisition of new donors.
Designing and implementing special events to engage high-value individuals and supporters.
Building collaborative relationships across the organisation to maximise fundraising income and awareness.
Liaising with marketing and communications teams to create or commission promotional materials.
Staying updated on sector best practices and trends to inform planning and innovation.
Managing two major supporters fundraisers.
