About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our clients Capital and Estates team, supporting the delivery of strategic and transformational projects that underpin excellent patient care.
Working closely with the Programme Managers and Associate Director of Estates, you will play a key role in planning, delivering, and embedding projects that improve services, facilities and ways of working. This is a dynamic position, requiring strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills to manage diverse projects within a complex healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of strategic and transformational changes across the Capital and Estates portfolio.
* Produce high-quality project documentation using toolkit templates to ensure full audit trails for all projects.
* Lead the development of project and communication plans, ensuring clear objectives and engagement at every stage.
* Establish and maintain engagement strategies to support transformation, including the facilitation of workshops and leading short-term working groups.
* Drive the development and implementation of improved and standardised ways of working across the Trust.
* Carry out process mapping and interpret complex management information to inform service improvement recommendations.
* Establish and maintain effective communication channels with multi-disciplinary teams, patients, and the public, including the management of sensitive and potentially emotive information.

* Securing and sustaining stakeholder engagement and commitment to transformation and financial sustainability, while balancing competing priorities.
* Supporting and coordinating a diverse workforce across multiple sites, breaking down barriers to enable collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
* Educated to degree level and/or equivalent project management experience at postgraduate diploma level.
* A recognised project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM).
* Proven experience in managing complex projects within a large organisation, ideally within the public sector.
* Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience of process mapping, data analysis and using evidence to drive improvement.
