As a Recruitment Billing Manager, you'll take charge of your own recruitment desk while mentoring and managing a team of Consultants. You'll be a hands-on leader, responsible for hitting personal targets, supporting team development and contributing to the overall goals of the business
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow your own successful recruitment desk (360 role)
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants
* Monitor KPIs, targets, and general performance
* Conduct regular 1-1s and support staff development and training
* Collaborate with the senior leadership team to ensure the success of the office
* Contribute to client development and retention
What we're looking for
* Proven success as a Recruitment Consultant with a strong billing history
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills
* Results-driven, commercially astute, and client-focused
* Passion for recruitment and a desire to grow a high-performing team
