We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Sourcing Assistant to support our Technologist and Product Sourcing Team. Reporting to the Senior Product Technologist, the Sourcing Assistant will play a key administrative and coordination role within the technical team. This position requires high attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Maintain and update technical files using SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and version control. · Create and manage tracker documents to support technologists. · Coordinate and update Techpacks, including gathering packaging and product information from suppliers. · Support compliance by maintaining continuity Techpacks and archiving outdated documents. · Assist in updating risk assessment spreadsheets for the EU Responsible Person. · Help maintain timber compliance files by requesting and tracking supplier information. · Support updates for new additions to the Next Ranges spreadsheet. · Maintain quality management trackers with stock and action updates. · Prepare materials for quarterly supplier reviews, liaising with internal and external teams. ABOUT YOU · Strong administrative background with attention to detail. · Self-motivated and proactive approach to work. · Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
