Systems Engineer | Hybrid | West Sussex | Up to £60,000
We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join the Licensing & Partnerships team. You will support technical collaboration with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology partners, ensuring seamless integration of their solutions into customer ecosystems. You will be responsible for branded experience and solution development and delivery, industry research & innovation, engaging with partners, customers and internal teams, maintaining strong communication.
Required Skills
* Bachelors or master’s in engineering, Acoustics or a related field plus demonstratable experience in either consumer product or automotive systems engineering.
* Track record of driving product delivery and operational excellence with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and technology providers.
* Proven experience of leading definition, development and integration of high-performance audio products.
* Experience with audio test/measurement equipment and industry relevant tuning tools and platforms.
* Strategic problem solver and influencer with the ability to identify and exploit new opportunities and technologies.
* Dynamic, able to learn quickly; self-starter and unafraid to ask questions.
* Ability to translate complex problems/issues into simple to understand form; able to succinctly compile and compose written reports and presentations.
* A passion for engineering and audio.
You’ll be working out of the Southwater, Sussex, R&D office, on a hybrid basis (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH). The salary on offer for this role £50,000 to £60,000 (DOE), plus benefits.
