Join Our Team as a Leisure Experience Manager!
Are you ready to take the lead in creating unforgettable experiences? As the Leisure Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Entertainment and Leisure Senior Manager to ensure the seamless operation and success of our leisure offerings.
In this dynamic position, you will drive revenue and marketing initiatives across all leisure retail areas within our Leisure and Sports department. Your keen eye for brand experience and innovative ideas will help us reach our internal targets and elevate guest satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support Leisure Leaders to ensure all leisure experiences are delivered consistently and to the highest standards.
* Assist leaders in utilizing the SAM business tool effectively.
* Evaluate the quality of all leisure experiences regularly to maintain excellence.
* Ensure all activity environments and leisure areas are safe, clean, and presentable at all times.
* Exceed customer expectations by executing leisure activities and events flawlessly.
* Collaborate with the Entertainment and Leisure Senior Manager and other key stakeholders on scheduling for each break.
* Drive innovative ideas and initiatives to boost revenue growth in leisure retail spaces, ensuring brand alignment and guest engagement.
* Support and develop the Fairground, Splash, and Sports Managers, empowering them to lead their teams effectively.
