ROLE SUMMARY A key member of the Marketing and Communications team, the post holder will have responsibility for the development and execution of ICC Belfast marketing and communications plans. With a specific focus on conference marketing, they will be tasked with generating brand awareness on a national and internal scale, as well as generating leads across various channels, including digital platforms. The post holder will support communication plans for the wider organization and assist with crisis communication when required.
The Marketing and Communications Manager will deliver an annual calendar of marketing activities aligned with targets and broader business objectives to promote growth and prosperity within Northern Ireland's business event industry.
The Marketing Manager will influence B2B marketing activities across the Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall brand family. Working closely with the Acting Head of Marketing and Communications and other management teams, they will ensure all marketing efforts are aligned to effectively communicate the venues’ unique value propositions and competitive advantages to target audiences.
