Salary
Up to £34,000k for recruitment experience + uncapped bonus (paid every 4 weeks)
You’ll take ownership of a warm busy temps desk covering Cardiff and the wider South Wales region, recruiting across office and operational support roles.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full 360 recruitment process, working closely with both clients and candidates across the Business Support market. Typical roles include:
* Administrators
* Customer Service Advisors
* Office & Operational Support roles
The desk is well‑established with active clients across education, public sector, charities and commercial organisations, offering immediate billing potential and long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
* Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
* Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
* Managing compliance and candidate care

* Previous experience in 360 recruitment or B2B sales
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Resilience, professionalism and commercial awareness
