Senior Delivery Manager
Location: UK-wide (Hybrid: 1-2 Days Per Week)
Salary: Up to £64,000

Join one of the UK’s most human-centred digital consultancies as a Senior Delivery Manager, where you'll lead multi-disciplinary Agile teams to deliver impactful digital services across the public and private sectors.
As a key leader in delivery, you’ll help shape the rhythm of projects from day one—facilitating Agile ceremonies, mentoring teams, removing blockers, and driving continuous improvement to ensure outcomes are met with clarity, speed and purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile delivery of complex digital products and services
• Facilitate key ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, show & tells)
• Build and maintain high-performing, motivated teams
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Foster stakeholder engagement and alignment
• Coach teams on Agile best practices, Lean delivery, and iterative ways of working
• Line manage and mentor colleagues within the delivery profession
Skills & Experience:
• Proven track record delivering complex digital projects using Agile methodologies
• Confident leading hybrid teams across consultancy and client environments
• Skilled in delivery tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Miro or similar)
• Excellent facilitator, communicator and problem solver
• Deep understanding of user-centred design and digital service delivery
• Consultancy experience or public sector delivery exposure is desirable
