Clinical Deputy Manager Role
As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving clinical care for our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care tailored to their needs. You will lead by example, upholding the highest standards and being passionate about ensuring our residents lead fulfilled and happy lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead clinical care for residents, ensuring high-quality care tailored to their needs.
* Enhance resident experience, ensuring safety, support, and well-being.
* Dynamic role, embracing daily interactions with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the local community.
* Support and train team members, offering further development and training.
* Confidently step in for the Home Manager when required, demonstrating leadership and adaptability.
Requirements:
* Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) with strong clinical skills and expertise.
* Experience working with elderly residents, connecting with and understanding their unique needs.
* Proven leadership skills, inspiring and guiding staff.
* Ability to support staff with further training and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Adaptable leader, confident to step in for the Home Manager as needed.
