In our team, you will learn:

As an Infrastructure Operations Delivery Lead, you will be:
* Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure outsourcing services to clients.
* Engaged in day-to-day client stakeholder management to ensure successful service delivery and value realization.
* Managing the commercial and financial health of the delivery supported by our team of specialists.
* Leading people across our global delivery network to support their personal growth.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
* Senior client and customer stakeholder management.
* Leadership and management of geographically distributed IT operations teams.
* IT service management knowledge such as ITIL, with experience in IT service desk and frontline operations.
* Experience with IT operations across data centers, public cloud, and end-user compute technologies.
* Commercial and financial acumen regarding contracts with clients and third-party providers.
