Due to continued growth, CTI Digital are looking for a Project Manager to join our Support Services team and manage our continual enhancement projects. This role will play a key part in the full range of CTI's expertise across the strategic, design/UX and development and marketing teams.
What will my day look like?
As a Continual Enhancement (CE) Project Manager, you will be tasked with managing clients continual enhancement services, to ensure the delivery of enhancements on existing products and experiences within agreed timescales, budgets and scope. It is important that you are capable of communicating across various disciplines, such as web development and marketing as you will then oversee the delivery of a quality service & solution.
As a CE Project Manager, you will work closely with the Support Services Director, Head of Project Management, Lead CE Project Manager, our other CE Project Managers, and the rest of the Client Services team.
Duties and responsibilities
* Act as the day-to-day contact for CE services.
* Identifying project resource requirements and working with the resource manager to ensure resource availability and allocation.
* Oversee client's CE projects, through all the phases of planning, execution, monitoring, control, handover, support and closure. This cycle will be replicated throughout the duration of the contract with the client.
* Collaborate with developers, business analysts and company executives, to determine the technical direction, system design and implementation plan.
* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, in order to continually assess and ensure technical feasibility, resource availability and allocation.
* Create, maintain and track project documentation, including: plans and schedules, cost estimates, revenues, service level agreement reporting, risk and issue logs, to ensure each project remains on schedule and on budget.
* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs, defining contingencies where possible.
* Managing day-to-day activities of the CE team to ensure each project remains on schedule and on budget.
* Measure project & service level agreement reporting of performance and provide routine status reports, updates and feedback to all stakeholders.
* Offer guidance, motivation and mediation to project team members.
* Organise and conduct meetings, ultimately maintaining effective communication and working relationships with all stakeholders and team members.
* Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
* Support the client services team in the preparation of CE responses & renewals.
* Identifying issues as early as possible and escalating them to the Support Services Director and head of Project Management
* Participate in project retrospectives and help ensure lessons learned are incorporated into best practice.

* skills in relation to JIRA tools and other project management tools are preferable
Location:Our head office is in Manchester city centre (Ancoats) - we adopt a hybrid working model (2 days in the office per week)
Salary: £28,000 to £34,000 (per year)
