Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
* Assist customers by taking orders, providing recommendations, and delivering prompt service.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper use of basic maths skills for billing.
* Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Skills
* Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous bartending experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
* Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain high hygiene standards within the bar area.
* Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and processing orders accurately.
* Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding hospitality to guests.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated during quieter periods.
MUST have previous cocktail Experience or willingness to learn quickly
