Our Brighton-based client is currently seeking ambitious Sales Assistants to join their busy office due to increased client demand. Following a strong start to the year, they are looking to continue their expansion and have new roles available within their dynamic team in the sales and customer service sector.

Candidates must:
Possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Have strong English speaking and writing skills, which are essential for clear and effective communication with customers and our client due to the nature of the role.
Have full-time equivalent availability.
They provide coaching for all applicants and offer mentorship in all aspects of client and customer interaction, so a lack of prior experience will not be a disadvantage. Comprehensive product training and sales coaching will be provided.
Even though no experience is needed for these roles people with the following experience tend to flourish: Sales Representative, Bar Staff and Managers, Retail Assistants, Retail Managers, Salon workers, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Front of House, Hospitality, Administrators however all possessing high levels of Customer Service and excellent work ethic.
This is a self-employed role, with fantastic commission-based pay and incentives so no prior experience is needed as access to client product/service training will be provided. This role offers a flexible schedule and financial bonus's and incentives to supplement earnings and reward hard work and hitting targets.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 5 full days per week.
