Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Science ECT to join a dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school in Oxford from September 2026. The Role
* Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4
* Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
* Supporting practical science lessons with a strong focus on safety and understanding
* Developing confident classroom routines and positive behaviour management
* Assessing pupil progress and using feedback to inform teaching
* Working closely with experienced colleagues within the Science department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be on track to qualify as an ECT
* A degree in a Science-related subject
* The ability to teach general Science across KS3 and KS4
* A positive, reflective approach to teaching and learning
* Willingness to take feedback on board and develop professionally
* Good organisation skills and a calm, professional teaching style
