Senior Commercial Solicitor | 12-Month FTC | Corporate partnerships
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to join a well-established in-house legal team within a large, purpose-driven organisation. The legal team works closely with the business to help it operate effectively, manage risk and achieve its wider goals.
The role offers a broad range of work, regular interaction with senior stakeholders and the opportunity to support important business projects.
As a Senior Commercial Solicitor, you will provide practical and clear legal advice on a wide variety of commercial matters. You will work closely with teams across Technology, Marketing, Fundraising and other business areas, helping them make informed decisions while balancing legal and commercial considerations.
Candidate Requirements
* UK-qualified solicitor
* Strong commercial contracts experience gained in-house
* Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional business teams
* Exposure to technology, procurement, supplier or corporate partnership matters
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Pragmatic, solutions-oriented and commercially minded approach
* Ability to manage a varied workload independently within a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
* Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts and strategic projects
* Partnering closely with senior leadership teams and key business stakeholders
* Supporting corporate partnerships, marketing and fundraising initiatives
* Advising on technology, supplier and procurement agreements
* Managing legal risk and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex agreements
* Supporting wider legal operations, governance and compliance initiatives
