Location: Islington N7 8JA Duration: 6 months with potential to extend to 12 months and beyond Hours : Nights, Monday to Friday nights (out of hours), with occasional weekend working to support critical programme activities – times tbc Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to provide independent, technically focused oversight of contractor works across multiple sites. The post holder will ensure that all activities are delivered strictly in accordance with approved scope, drawings, specifications, statutory requirements, and agreed project plans. Acting as a trusted client‑side representative, the role will uphold high technical and quality standards, challenge non‑compliant work, and provide clear, evidence‑based reporting to support effective governance and decision‑making. The role will work closely with the Project Manager, supporting delivery by identifying risks early, resolving issues where possible, and maintaining accurate, timely site reporting.
