Imagine leading both New Unit and Service sales while partnering closely with customers, distributors, and EPCs in one of the world’s most dynamic energy markets. You engage directly with strategic accounts, balance ambitious targets with thoughtful collaboration, and translate customer needs into practical, value-driven solutions. How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Lead and execute regional sales strategies to drive profitable growth, increase market share, and achieve order intake and gross margin targets.
2. Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, EPCs, and internal stakeholders across the RLA region.
3. Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions for both New Unit sales and the Service (aftermarket) business.
4. Prepare, structure, and negotiate pricing, tenders, and commercial contracts with confidence and care.
5. Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and customer support teams to ensure smooth project execution and strong customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
6. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business Administration.
7. At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally within gas turbines, power generation, or industrial energy markets.
8. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in power generation, oil & gas, rotating equipment, or related industries.
9. Strong technical understanding of gas turbine systems and applications or comparable technologies.
10. Willingness to travel frequently within the RLA region, with some international travel required.
