The Role
You’ll provide essential support to fee earners in a fast-paced environment, handling a wide range of administrative and legal tasks, including:
* Audio/copy typing and document production
* Proofreading and formatting legal documents
* Managing dictation and correspondence
* Supporting Land Registry applications and post-completion work
* File opening/closing and compliance
* Preparing sales packs, reports, and client communications
* Diary management, meetings, and general team support
* Assisting with billing, payments, and credit control
About You
* Previous Legal Secretary experience (Commercial Property essential)
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
* Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player
