Qualifications
Your role as Warehouse Manager
* Ensure compliance with all warehouse regulations and standards.
* Oversee HSQE responsibilities, managing issues to resolution.
* Conduct accurate stock checks and ensure timely completion.
* Maintain audit standards within targets.
* Manage teams including Warehouse Team Leaders, Stock Controller, Export Controller, and Customer Team Member.
* Recruit, induct, and train new staff.
* Conduct exit interviews and documentations.
* Identify and implement improvements within the warehouse and distribution center.
* Promote best practices across all sites.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Coordinate with internal and external customers to resolve issues promptly.
* Exceed on-time and in-full delivery targets.
* Manage supplier and customer relationships according to standards.
* Manage departmental budget and drive cost-saving initiatives.
