Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and administrative experience, with a solid understanding of human resources processes and systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting various departments, and maintaining efficient administrative practices.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain HRIS systems, including Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
* Provide administrative support to the human resources department, assisting with recruitment processes and onboarding new employees.
* Utilise ATS tools to streamline hiring processes and enhance candidate experience.
* Coordinate social media management efforts to promote company initiatives and engage with potential candidates.
* Prepare reports and presentations as needed, leveraging Salesforce for data analysis.
* Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments to ensure alignment on projects and tasks.
* Assist in the organisation of company events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Requirements
* Proven administrative experience in a similar role, ideally within a human resources setting.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms.
* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
* Experience in social media management is desirable for promoting company culture and job openings.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
