Pay rate & Hours:
* £12.21 all standard hours
* Monday to Friday
* 08:00 till 16:30
Responsibilities of the Junior Admin:
* Providing general administrative support to the team
* Answering and directing phone calls and emails
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Filing and organising documents
* Supporting with preparation of documents and reports
* Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Assisting other departments when required
Requirements of the Junior Admin:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Reliable and punctual
* Previous administration experience is not required
* This role is suitable for school or college leavers or candidates looking to begin a career in administration
