You will: Lead daily production activities and ensure operational targets are achieved. Coordinate with engineering, quality and planning teams to maximise performance. Drive improvements in productivity, quality, safety and 5S standards. Support employee training, development and performance management. Assist with production planning, material control and stock management. Deputise for the Manufacturing Manager when required. You will have: Previous experience in a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, Shift Manager or similar role within a heavy manufacturing setting. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational abilities. Experience within a manufacturing, production or industrial environment.
