In return, we offer a basic salary of £23.5K plus commission of £8,000 ( UNCAPPED) so LIMITLESS earnings As this is a permanent contract, we also offer fantastic training and development opportunities.
As an Inbound Telesales Advisor, you'll be:
* Handling inbound calls from customers regarding sales inquiries.
* Capturing orders for live properties.
* Recording Registrations of Interest (ROIs) for properties not currently live.
* Managing customer emails and inquiries effectively.
As an Inbound Telesales Advisor you will need to be:
* An Effective communicator with the ability to adapt your style to different customers and conversations where needed
* A target-driven person who is motivated to win customers.
* A dedicated team player who thrives on customer engagement via telephone, bridging the gap between Customer Services and the Sales team
* Experienced in Telesales (inbound, outbound or both)
* Experienced within telecoms is preferred but not essential
