The Gold Studios is building the UK's most exciting new creator marketing team in sport — and we're looking for someone to lead it. As our
Influencer Marketing Account Lead
, you'll have a deep understanding of UK sport — especially football — and an expert grasp of the creator economy. You'll know which YouTubers, TikTokers and Instagram creators are shaping sport culture, but also how to partner with the biggest names in sport — from current stars to retired legends — to deliver campaigns that will get talked about by fans the length and breadth of the country – from Anfield to Ashton Gate. From Aintree to Epsom.
You'll be client-facing, creative, and commercially sharp — responsible for leading multi-million-pound influencer and talent campaigns for major brands. You'll pitch fame driving ideas, shape bold partnerships, cast the right mix of creators and athletes, and oversee delivery from start to finish. You'll work closely with talent, manage client relationships, and ensure every campaign is delivered at the highest standard.
This is a leadership role for someone who lives and breathes sport and influencer communication, and wants to help build something from the ground up. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the strategy, development, and execution
of social, influencer and talent-led campaigns for our brand and platform clients.
Shape and manage a high-performing team
across idea generation, creator partnerships, campaign delivery, and talent management.
Develop and pitch creative
, commercially effective campaign ideas that combine content, culture, and talent — from athletes to digital creators.
Oversee multi-million pound campaign budgets
, ensuring efficient, profitable delivery and maximum client impact.
Identify, cast and negotiate with top-tier talent
across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and the wider sporting world.
Serve as the lead client contact on major accounts
, delivering day-to-day excellence and long-term strategic value.
Collaborate with internal teams
across production, creative, and strategy to deliver seamless, high-quality campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance
, using data and insight to optimise results and demonstrate ROI.
Stay on top of platform trends
, talent movements, and emerging opportunities in the world of sport and influence.
Build long-term talent relationships
and maintain a strong network across the UK sports and creator landscape.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
A track record of building enduring client relationships.
Led nimble and fast paced teams to brilliant creative ideas
Proven experience leading social, influencer or talent-led marketing campaigns, ideally across sport, entertainment, or culture.
A deep understanding of UK sport — especially football — and strong knowledge of the creator economy.
Strong relationships with creators, agents, and talent managers across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and beyond.
A strong commercial mindset — able to balance creativity with performance, budgets, and ROI.
A passion for sport, talent, and big cultural ideas — and the drive to build the UK's leading creator marketing offering in this space.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Competitive Salary - £60,000 to £70,000 per annum
