Job Responsibilities
* Handle calls and emails.
* Assist with customer inquiries related to credit and care charges.
* Send invoices, process payments, and manage adjustments.
* Forward queries and track responses.
* Collaborate on recovery actions or write-offs.
* Refer complex cases to a senior controller.
* Contact debtors to assess finances.
* Report issues to a senior controller.
* Review invoices and reminders for quality.
* Advise on debt recovery.
* Prepare cases for court action.
* Support managers in solving problems.
Person Specifications
Must Have
* Customer service experience.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to multitask.
* Basic finance knowledge.
Nice to Have
* Experience in credit control.
* Familiarity with court procedures.
* Problem-solving skills.
