Regional Sales Director

Runtime Group are currently on the search for a high-performing salesperson with expertise in the secured finance space. Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Director who thrives in a full 360° sales role; prospecting, building relationships, managing complex deal cycles, and closing enterprise opportunities with leading financial institutions.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused position ideal for someone who loves selling, understands the nuances of financial technology, and can confidently own the entire revenue process from first conversation to signed agreement.
What You’ll Do
* Drive new business across banks, lenders, and financial institutions
* Manage the full sales lifecycle - from targeted outreach and discovery through to negotiation and close
* Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
* Create tailored solution proposals in partnership with technology and product teams
* Shape account strategies and identify new avenues for growth
* Leverage the support of an established sales team consisting of SDRs, BDRs and Pre-Sales Consultants.
* Represent the company at industry events and within key networks
What You Bring
* Proven success winning new business within secured finance
* Experience selling into complex, multi-stakeholder B2B environments
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate long and technical deal cycles
* Familiarity with SaaS platforms and technology-led financial solutions
* Strong experience within the ABL space
* A proactive, self-driven approach to sourcing, qualifying, and closing opportunities
