We're looking for a Master Data Administrator to join our team at KP Snacks. The Master Data Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of business-critical information that supports decision-making across the company. Sitting within the Financial Control function and reporting to the Master Data Manager, you’ll be responsible for the coordination, maintenance and quality of master data across customers, vendors and materials. This role is essential in ensuring that our systems run smoothly and that our supply chain, finance and commercial teams have the information they need to operate effectively.
You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple teams, using your attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage data changes, ensure compliance, and support the wider business. Previous experience in a data-related or administrative role, with good attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with MDM tools is a bonus, but not essential
