SEND Learning and Care Assistant Supporting Children and Young People Aged 4–18 We are seeking a caring, committed, and enthusiastic SEND Learning and Care Assistant to join our team, supporting children and young people aged 4–18 years with complex and multiple learning difficulties. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and providing high-quality care and learning support for pupils with a wide range of additional needs. The Role As a SEND Learning and Care Assistant, you will support pupils with: Complex and multiple learning difficulties (CMLD) Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) Physical disabilities Sensory needs You will work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and families to ensure each child is supported academically, emotionally, and physically in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
