Job Title: Advanced Occupational Therapist – ReablementLocation: Wiltshire
Rate: £35 per hour
Liquid Personnel is looking for an experienced and dedicated Advanced Occupational Therapist to join our client’s Reablement Team in WIltshire.
What will your responsibilities be?
As an Advanced Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing a busy caseload, conducting strengths-based assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and social workers to ensure optimal outcomes. You will create personalised reablement plans, provide supervision for complex cases, and act as an expert advisor on bespoke equipment provision, evaluating decisions to increase independence and reduce risk.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must have over three years of post-qualification experience and a strong understanding of occupational therapy laws and best practices. A full UK driving license is required, as you may need to travel for assessments and case management. You should be confident in working independently, managing a varied caseload, and collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality reablement services.
