What will you be doing?
The Grange Centre is a social housing provider, care provider, and skills provider for adults with disabilities. Our housing is oversubscribed. Currently, we have a space at our main site used as a communal area that we wish to convert into a flat to benefit another individual. We need architectural support to ensure the process is correctly managed. Our facilities team and local contractors will carry out the work; we seek guidance on the proper procedures.
