Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: £25,027.20 per annum Based at: Llandudno Role Purpose To provide tenancy related support services for those individuals who have complex and co-occurring issues including, substance abuse and other addictions, mental health, housing and homelessness and offending behaviour and to help individuals move on to sustainable living. Providing support that enables individuals to live independently and feel safe and secure with the long-term aim of them living substance free and independently in their own homes. Working with individuals in areas such as employment, training and education, debt management and daily living skills to promote wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle, inclusive of partner agency working. The housing service works to a shift pattern which includes unsocial hours and sleep-ins.
