Work Location: The Launchpad, Southend Airport Business Park, Rochford, SS4 1YH Support Rochford's Land Charges Department in its move to a fully digital future Rochford District Council is seeking a dedicated and detail‑driven individual to help transition our Land Registry applications onto a modern online digital platform. As the Land Charges Assistant Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring our planning data is accurate, accessible, and mapped effectively. What You'll Be Doing Processing planning/Land Charges data for both new and existing applications Transferring Land Registry information into a digital system Plotting applications on digital maps to support planning workflows Supporting the wider Land Charges team during the digital migration project What You'll Bring Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Proactive mindset with strong initiative Background in planning or a related field Experience with Local Land Charges - highly desirable Familiarity with UniForm or Land Registry Migration Helper - an advantage What to do Next If you are interested in finding out more about this role, we would love to hear from you.
