Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct retained and exclusive contingent searches for C-Suite level roles nationally and internationally
2. Develop and manage client relationships across global consumer markets
3. Execute end-to-end talent solution mandates
4. Identify, approach, and engage top-tier executive talent
5. Manage full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to final placement
6. Develop deep sector insights and talent mapping in consumer industries
7. Build and maintain an extensive professional network
Requirements
8. Minimum 3 years' experience in retained executive search or exclusive contingent
9. Proven track record of successfully placing C-Suite executives (CEO, CFO, CTO etc..)
10. Strong understanding of global consumer sector dynamics
11. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
12. Advanced networking capabilities
13. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
Role Details
14. Location: Manchester Office
15. Working Pattern: 4 days in-office per week (+ 1 day WFH).
16. Scope: National and International assignments
