ML Accessories is a leading provider of electrical and lighting products, supplying to electrical wholesalers across the UK and Ireland. Our customer base includes national groups, buying groups and independent wholesalers, within which we are well-regarded for our high standard of customer service.

With rapid growth and an excellent reputation, we are excited to expand our sales team and bring new talent on board.

The Opportunity: We are seeking an Area Sales Manager for the South region. Ideally, the candidate will be based within this area and cover the following postcode areas: BB, BL, CA, CH, CW, FY, L, LA, LL, M, OL, PR, SK, WA and WN.

The Role: As an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth within your region by building and nurturing relationships. This includes:

* Developing and strengthening relationships with existing customers and establishing new partnerships within the wholesale market.
* Work proactively with selected electrical contractors, demonstrating our products and driving contractor-led sales into wholesalers.
* Focus on achieving ambitious growth targets, while actively promoting ML Accessories within the industry.

The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a confident, personable, and results-oriented professional who:

* Has proven experience selling to the electrical wholesale market, ideally with a background in lighting products.
* Is skilled at building rapport, instilling trust, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
* Has previous experience working with or for wholesalers (preferred but not essential).
* Demonstrates a highly organised approach to managing a regional territory and proactively achieving sales growth targets.

Remuneration & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary package, including:

* A generous, uncapped monthly sales commission scheme.
* Company car, mobile phone, and all necessary tools for success.
* Company pension scheme and private health cover (after qualifying period).
* 23 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 25 days with service.
