Use your scientific and language skills to join a leading pharmaceutical safety services organization. Perform medical information call center services, review and assess safety and product quality information, and support global safety profiles of marketed products. Opportunities for project oversight and team leadership are available.
Responsibilities
* Provide phone support to healthcare professionals and consumers regarding adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, and other needs (excluding commercial sales support).
* Receive, triage, review, and process safety data; perform data entry, coding, narrative writing, query generation, quality control, reconciliation, and case closure.
* Document incoming safety reports via calls or emails from investigative sites or other sources.
* Foster a positive team environment, provide training and mentorship, and communicate effectively within the team.
* Coordinate with Project Managers and participate in training and new initiatives.
Qualifications
* Must be a licensed Pharmacist.
* Fluent in English (C1) and German (C2 or native).
* Willing to learn new skills across safety service lines.
* High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
* Fluency in English (C1) and native-level German.
