Role Overview We are currently recruiting female Support Workers in Weymouth to support individuals in their own homes and/or community settings. This role requires reliable, compassionate workers who can provide consistent support and are comfortable driving as part of their duties. A company vehicle will be provided. (Female applicants only - this role is exempt under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 due to the personal care needs of the service users.)
