Sales Administrator Sales Administrator Batley £27,000 - £30,000 Fully Office Based Your new role Main Responsibilities Quoting: Prepare accurate quotations for spare parts, covering both our own machinery and other OEM equipment. Order Management: Enter orders into production systems, generate purchase orders, and coordinate timely procurement from suppliers. Shipping & Logistics: Organise dispatch of parts via couriers and pallet networks; arrange fittings when necessary. Project Coordination: Manage a range of tasks from straightforward replacements (e.g. ducting) to more complex spare part requirements. Record Keeping: Maintain thorough documentation of quotes, orders, inventory levels, and dispatches. Teamwork: Collaborate closely with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
