About the Role As a Field Collections Agent, youll be the friendly face of Orbit, meeting customers at their homes to help them find a way forward with their finances. You’ll offer empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that make a real difference. Your key responsibilities: Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment options Handle accounts for both regulated and non-regulated clients. This will include reconnection visits Accept payments, set up repayment plans, and re-engage customers with client services Educate customers about the potential consequences of non-payment Use an Orbit-supplied iPad to update account outcomes in real time Working Hours We offer a 40-hour work week with a supportive approach to work-life balance. Your visits will be scheduled across the following operating window: 40 hours per week required, operating hours are Monday–Friday visiting between 8am–8pm and Saturday 9am-1pm 10 of your 40 hours must be worked during prime hours. Prime hours are 4pm -8pm Monday and Saturday 9am-1pm.
