Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a contract position in Lancaster, PA. This role serves students from kindergarten through 12th grade, providing essential speech and language services within a K-12 educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to students across K-12 grades.
* Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on student assessments.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student progress.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development.
Qualifications:
* Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
* Experience working with K-12 student populations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage a caseload independently.
* Familiarity with educational and therapeutic standards in schools.
