* Conduct routine inspections and promptly address fabric maintenance issues, such as repairing doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and floors
* Utilise your expertise in various materials, including wood, metal, and plastic, to undertake painting, decorating, and a range of DIY tasks
* Identify and address safety hazards, ensuring all maintenance and repair activities comply with relevant regulations
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and communicate effectively with team members, managers, and stakeholders
* Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance processes
Preferred Qualifications:
* Comprehensive experience in property maintenance and fabric upkeep
* Sound understanding and experience of health and safety procedures and requirements
* Excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to work collaboratively
