This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to lead a high-quality service supporting children with EBD and complex needs. The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of £45,000, with additional performance-based bonuses, including incentives for home turnaround, occupancy levels, and travel/mileage where required.
