We are recruiting two Product Managers to play a central role in delivering impactful, user-centred digital products that support Skills for Care's strategic aims. Both roles are responsible for the end-to-end management of digital products—from discovery and development to launch and continuous improvement—working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our digital services are effective, accessible, and aligned with user needs. Product Manager – Customer Experience Platform This role will focus on the development and implementation of a new Customer Experience Platform. You will work closely with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Product and Delivery Lead, Marketing team, and a newly appointed supplier (via an upcoming tender process) to lead this high-profile project. Your goal will be to manage the platform's design and delivery, ensuring it enhances user engagement and delivers a seamless, personalised experience across our services. Product Manager – Digital Products Portfolio This role will manage a portfolio of existing digital products, including our disbursement platform, membership platform, and other core digital services. You'll be responsible for optimising and evolving these products to meet user needs and business objectives, coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the products remain robust, secure, and fit for purpose.
