Dauntsey's School would like to appoint a confident, articulate individual with prior experience of working in a school environment with appropriate experience and proven skills to be a Facilities Co-ordinator.
The Facilities Coordinator plays a key role plays a key role in overseeing all aspects of housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, boarding house matrons, departmental procurement, and the preparation of the department's payroll. They help ensure that all school facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.
This is a varied and rewarding role that supports both day-to-day operations during term time and preparations for the lettings programme, helping to create an excellent environment for pupils, staff, and third-party visitors throughout the year
Exceptional ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks or projects effectively, ensuring high-quality results within competing deadlines. Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills, combined with diplomacy and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential matters are all essential qualities for this role.
