Role Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will lead an independent product line, guiding a dedicated team to create customer-centric solutions aligned with our business goals. We're seeking a natural product leader, passionate about solving complex problems with AI, who begins with a clear vision and customer impact, then works backwards to execute effectively.
What You Will Do:
* Product Strategy and Vision: Define product roadmap, conduct market research, analyze trends, gather customer feedback, and identify new opportunities.
* Product Execution: Collaborate with engineering, ML, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality user experiences, manage development lifecycle, and prioritize requirements.
* Stakeholder Management: Work with sales, marketing, and support teams to incorporate feedback, develop sales materials, and conduct product demos and training.
* Product Growth: Establish metrics for success, monitor product performance, iterate based on feedback, and stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in product management, preferably in software and applying AI in products.
* Strong attention to detail and a bias for action.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
